Type of cooperation

You will work directly with a client through our Extended Team model (outstaffing). We try to do things differently and put our efforts into integrating you as deeply as possible into the client's team. You work with the same tools and technologies as they do and communicate directly with a client without any intermediary in between. We help you build relationships and create an environment where you genuinely feel like a member of the core product team. Our Extended Team model is focused on long-term projects that last over several years.

We work with Private Entrepreneurs as Contractors under the terms of the contract we sign (contract between you as PE and GT).

​The compensation is paid in EUR to your PE (business) account.

The time off policy is the following:

Remote

Remote work is allowed (in certain teams full-remote is a default work mode). The number of days that could be taken for work remotely depends on the project (it can be limited or not). Please ask your Recruiter about a particular team.

Time tracking

Usually, there is no time tracking in place. We know that it could be annoying. Just a few of our corporate clients have an obligatory requirement to use it, thus it applies to the extended team too. To know for sure - ask your Recruiter about a particular team.

Work schedule and time zone

The usual working schedule is 8 hours per day. There is no strict schedule. It is defined by the team and can vary depending on the project. Usually, team members start working between 8-11am CET. No matter what country the client is in, there is no requirement to cover their timezone (say, a team with our US client, still work the usual local time, and just have a few of meetings per month at 6-7 pm with their stakeholders in the US).
