The GT team is uniquely capable of bringing these ideas together and building real technology prototypes and products which are then productions at scale by Eagle Genomics’ engineering partner in India. This relationship demonstrates GT's capability to add innovation, acceleration, and differentiated thinking into an ecosystem whilst leveraging the scale of an offshore team further downstream.

Eagle Genomics has developed an innovative series of tools and analytic capabilities to aid the mapping of the human biome to create innovative insight for major CPG, Agritech, and Life Science companies.

Eagle Genomics being a developer of unique insights requires an effective and powerful prototyping capability.
This capability is needed for exploring the relevance and validity of an ever-increasing number of hypotheses that are generated.
Platinum Informatics
GT Contribution
As technology partner for Platinum Informatics. GT carried out a rapid architectural review of the existing technology stack and proposed a series of remediation and changes to the existing code base to deliver a true market ready MVP. GT then formed a project team of appropriate software engineers and delivered the MVP on time, and on budget in the space of three months, demonstrating our ability to build software solutions integrating with complex scientific hardware.

Platinum Informatics provide cloud-based laboratory informatics tools that combine Laboratory Information Management and an Electronic Lab Notebook with Big Data
Analytics.
Platinum Informatics solutions enable process optimization, remote working, improved regulatory compliance, and enhanced data quality. With a focus on application in early-stage drug, vaccine and biomarker discovery in the growing area of precision medicine, Platinum Informatics vision is to transform scientific experimentation by bringing the digital laboratory of the future to the research laboratories of today.
The Challenge
Platinum Informatics had acquired GSK as their first customer for their envisioned Decimal product leveraging cloud technologies to automate mass spectrometers in a Life Sciences R&D laboratory, but had been unable to build the product to appropriate specification and reliability.

Selected as tech partner to a fast growing well funded disruptive software company in the Life Sciences space. GT built an entire technology squad made up of architecture, front end, back end, and cloud experts to lead the transformation of current products to a true SAAS offering. GT worked in close partnership with US based head of
engineering, CTO and in-house teams to build a strong and effective working partnership accelerating the productivity and delivery speed. GT also built a strong executive partnership to move beyond a technology partner leveraging our executive networks to make relevant client introductions and go to market partnerships to support the company's growth agenda.
