€1,000 net, the referral bonus is paid after the 3-month trial.

* Please note that the full referral bonus is applicable only for long-term positions (ETMs). The referral program doesn't work for the projects up to 6 months. For the projects of 6 months - a bonus is €300.
The referral is valid for 6 months. It means that in case the recommended candidate is hired within 6 months after the recommendation and passes successfully trial period, you will get a bonus.
